How strong was cell and frieza; Freiza cell gt

Posts: 30 Group: Member Member #7,060 Joined: December 12, 2011	I was wondering, how strong do you guys think cell and frieza weee during there bout with goku in hell in gt? Idk if they were the same strength as they were in z just with a few new techniques and the power of immortlity (since they cant die again). Or if they are truly stronger. If they are stronger how strong would you estimate they are? Stronger then buu (which forms), ss3 goku, mystic gohan? Also, do you think cell is still far superior to frieza or they are around the same level at this point?

The thing you have to remember is that they weren't i implied to have gotten stronger or trained in Z while in hell, just in GT which presumably happened after watching Goku vs Kid Buu. I do think they made gains but it wasn't overly significant, if it was, Piccolo wouldn't call the place that they were living target practice for himself. I think he was basically where Goku was at ssj2 level wise on Babadis ship btw.

He went from way below the kids to stronger than their Super Saiyan forms, even after they'd powered up in the RoSaT and trained once in a while after Boo's defeat.

He and Cell both knew Goku trained for years after they fought him, so they had to have calculated some kind of strength increase for him. I'd put them both at least on Pure Evil Boo's level actually (the gray one). I don't know why exactly, just feel it's a good place. It's not like it makes much of a difference though, whether they're around the Boo Saga SSjin 2's or Pure Evil Boo.
